No Return is allowed under any circumstances. Our delivery personnel will open the product in front of you or your representatives as mutually agreed and you can check the product there and then for any damage or breakage, if you want to. No claims for damage, in any manner, will be entertained once our Delivery Personnel has delivered the product. If there is any manufacturing defect in the product whatsoever, then the manufacturing company is responsible and the customer will have to visit or contact the manufacturing company’s authorised service centre for claiming the warranty. Refunds will only happen in case of cancellation of the order within 2 hrs of placing the order if the product is not dispatched. No refund will be allowed if the product is dispatched. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
- Orders paid by credit / debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7- 9 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement of the customer.
- Orders paid by net banking like rtgs, neft, etc. will be credited back to bank account.
- For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
